Fees & childcare subsidy
All fees are to be paid by Exidebit, which is a secure, online payment system where you can choose to pay your fees via direct debit or credit card. Fees are deducted from your nominated account fortnightly in advance on a Thursday. If you have any questions regarding your account or are seeking financial assistance, please contact your Centre Manager as soon as possible.
All Aurrum Kids centres are Commonwealth funded to receive the Child Care Subsidy (CCS). This subsidy is available to families reducing your out of pocket expenses. The CCS is paid from the Commonwealth directly to Aurrum Kids, meaning you will only be charged the difference.
To determine if you are eligible to receive the CCS, contact Centrelink on 136 150 or Human Services. If you are eligible, you will need to obtain a Customer Reference Number (CRN) prior to enrolling at Aurrum Kids. Please provide your CRN to us upon enrolling to ensure the subsidy is applied to your account.
Financial support
The Additional Child Care Subsidy (ACCS) provides a higher rate of financial assistance than the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and is designed to apply in special circumstances (e.g. if there is a risk to the child’s wellbeing or in cases of financial hardship)
Who is eligible for the ACCS?
An individual needs to be eligible for the CCS and meet one of the following criteria:
- Child wellbeing
- Grandparents
- Temporary financial hardship
- Transition to work
View the ACCS (transition to work) fact sheet. For more information about the ACCS, please contact Centrelink.
