Refer a Friend Promotion
This promotion is applicable for Aurrum employees only. The total referral bonus amount is valid per referred employee who commences permanent employment (full-time or part-time) at a Aurrum Kids centre. Referred employees must be new to the centre, and the referring employee must be currently employed with Aurrum Kids on a permanent basis. The total referral bonus amount will be applied to the referring employee once the referred employee has successfully completed their probation period.
This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. The referral bonus is paid through payroll and subject to federal income tax. The referring employee should be an active employee (i.e. is not an ex-employee or serving their notice period) and should be on the payroll to be eligible for the payment. Superannuation is paid in addition to the referral bonus at the rate of the Superannuation Guarantee. Aurrum Kids reserve the right to remove this promotion at any time. Offer has no expiry at this time.
Refer a Family Promotion
The total credit amount is valid per referred child who enrols at an Aurrum Kids centre. Referred families must be new to the centre, and the referring family must have a current enrolled child with a minimum of 2 permanent booked days per week. The total credit amount will be applied to the referring family account once the referred family has been enrolled at the centre for four weeks.
This offer is not redeemable for cash or vouchers and is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. The enrolment must be in line with the Aurrum Kids enrolment policy. Total credit amount is taken off the full daily fee before any subsidy is applied. Aurrum Kids reserve the right to remove this promotion at any time. Offer has no expiry at this time.
